Growthpoint Properties Australia has announced the issuance of new unquoted equity securities under their employee incentive scheme, with a total of 42,914 performance rights under the LTI (Long-Term Incentive) plan and 120,781 under the STI (Short-Term Incentive) plan, effective August 26, 2024. These securities are subject to transfer restrictions and will not be traded on the ASX until those restrictions are lifted.
