Grown Rogue International Inc., an Oregon-based craft cannabis company, has announced the full conversion of all its multiple voting shares into subordinate voting shares, leading to a new share structure entirely composed of subordinate voting shares. The company’s CEO, Obie Strickler, has converted his holdings accordingly and now possesses an increased percentage of subordinate voting shares, which may lead to further changes in the ownership depending on market conditions and Strickler’s investment strategy.
