Grown Rogue International Inc., an Oregon-based craft cannabis company, has successfully completed its share capital reorganization, transforming common shares into Subordinate Voting Shares and introducing a new class of Multiple Voting Shares. The reorganization, which is non-dilutive and maintains the current voting power of shareholders, was supported by large shareholders like Mindset Capital and Bengal Capital. Post-reorganization, the company has 143,421,864 SV Shares and 75,194.941 MV Shares in the market.
