Grown Rogue International (TSE:GRIN) has released an update.
Grown Rogue International Inc. is expanding into the Illinois cannabis market through a joint venture with EBC Ventures, acquiring CannEquality, LLC which holds a craft growers license. The company has secured a facility in Illinois with plans to develop a large-scale cultivation and manufacturing space, targeting completion and first harvest in 2025. Grown Rogue will own a majority stake in the venture and sees this move as an opportunity to meet the demand for craft-quality cannabis in Illinois.
