Shareholders of Groupe LDLC, a key player in e-commerce for high-tech and computer products, have approved a €0.40 per share dividend for the fiscal year 2023-2024. The company, which began its online sales in 1997 and now operates through various brands and sites, will distribute this dividend on October 4, 2024, following the ex-dividend date of October 2, 2024.
