Groupe JAJ SA ( (FR:GJAJ) ) has released an update.
Groupe JAJ SA’s Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting approved the financial statements for the year ending 31st March 2024, allocated the net profit of €343,169.73 entirely to ‘Other reserves’, and confirmed the absence of dividend distribution over the last three years. The meeting also discharged directors from their management mandate for the previous financial year and noted there were no new regulated agreements under Article L 225-38 of the French Commercial Code.
