Grounded People Apparel, Inc. (TSE:SHOE) has released an update.

Grounded People Apparel, Inc. is set to raise $1 million through a private placement of over 1.75 million units at $0.57 each, including shares and warrants. The proceeds are earmarked for working capital and general corporate purposes, with a small administrative fee paid in shares to Amalfi Corporate Services Ltd., related to the company’s CFO.
