Grocery Outlet Holding Corp. announced the appointment of Christopher M. Miller as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective January 6, 2025. Miller brings extensive experience from previous financial leadership roles at Shamrock Foods Company and Core-Mark Holding Co., positioning him to significantly contribute to Grocery Outlet’s continued growth. His appointment will replace Lindsay E. Gray, who will resume her role as Senior Vice President, Accounting.
