Grizzly Discoveries Inc. has extended its private placement offering aimed at raising $1,000,000 through the sale of Units and Flow-Through Units, to fund its mineral exploration and corporate expenses. The offering includes options for investors to purchase additional shares via warrants, with the proceeds destined for exploration drilling, mineral rights, and corporate overhead. Investors from selected provinces in Canada and other jurisdictions can participate, with the potential oversubscription allowing a 10% increase in the offering size.
