Grifols SA (GRFS) has released an update.
Grifols SA has announced the completion of a private placement, issuing additional senior secured notes due in 2030 valued at EUR 300 million, on top of the previous EUR 1.0 billion issuance. These notes carry the same terms and guarantees as the initial offering and will be utilized to repay existing revolving loan debts, reinforcing the company’s financial position for the long term.
