Grifols S.A. has announced that it is considering a potential delisting, following a request from family shareholders and Brookfield Capital Partners to conduct due diligence for a possible acquisition of the company’s shares. The Board of Directors has been informed about a potential joint public acquisition offer, but as of now, there is no certainty regarding the execution or terms of this operation.
