Brookfield Capital Partners has engaged in preliminary talks with major shareholders of Grifols regarding a potential joint offer to delist the company from the Spanish stock exchanges and NASDAQ. They have signed an exclusivity agreement to assess the potential deal further, although there is no certainty that an offer will be made.
