Grid Battery Metals Inc. has announced April 25, 2024, as the record date for shareholders to receive AC/DC Battery Metals shares, with the effective distribution date set for April 26, 2024. Shareholders will obtain 0.05 AC/DC shares for each Grid share held, with fractional shares rounded to the nearest whole share. The spin-out of AC/DC shares follows Grid’s plan of arrangement for the acquisition of Nickel Properties in British Columbia.
