Gresham Technologies (GB:GHT) has released an update.
Gresham Technologies plc is set to become a privately owned entity following a successful acquisition by Alliance Bidco Ltd, a company under the funds managed by STG Partners LLC. The move was overwhelmingly approved by Gresham shareholders, with the acquisition to be fully executed under the Scheme of Arrangement as per the UK Companies Act 2006. The transition, expected to complete in the third quarter of 2024, included a majority vote at both the Court and General Meetings, with detailed results and future arrangements available on Gresham’s website.
