Gresham Technologies (GB:GHT) has released an update.
Gresham Technologies PLC has announced the conditional issuance of 218,054 ordinary shares as part of its annual bonus scheme for employees and executive directors based on FY23 performance. The shares were priced at 163 pence each and will be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange. This issuance will result in a total of 84,092,512 voting rights shares in the company, with no shares held in treasury.
