GREENWING RESOURCES LTD director Jeffrey Marvin significantly increased his stake in the company, acquiring 1,250,000 ordinary shares at $0.038 each, as per the shareholder-approved share issue on 26 September 2024. This transaction resulted in Marvin’s total holding rising to 2,256,501 ordinary shares, along with his existing options. The company communicated these changes in director’s interests to the ASX, in line with regulatory requirements.
