Greenvolt – Energias Renovaveis SA has completed a share capital increase from €367,094,274.62 to €567,094,274.62 following the conversion of €200,000,000 in convertible bonds. The company issued 24,065,362 new shares, which will be admitted to trading on Euronext Lisbon starting June 6, 2024, and will be on par with existing shares in terms of shareholder rights.
