Greentown China Holdings (HK:3900) has released an update.

Greentown China Holdings has announced a connected transaction involving its subsidiary, Greentown Construction Management, which will provide comprehensive project management services for a residential development in Shijiazhuang City. The project, managed for SJZ Xingshi, spans over 131,426 sqm and aligns with the company’s strategic partnerships and growth in the real estate sector. This transaction is subject to reporting requirements under Hong Kong’s Listing Rules but does not require independent shareholder approval.
