Greentown China Holdings Limited has reported robust unaudited operating data for the first nine months of 2024, with a total sales area of 9.25 million square meters and contracted sales reaching RMB 187.2 billion. In September alone, the company sold units with a combined area of 310,000 sqm, generating approximately RMB 10.6 billion in sales, highlighting a strong performance in both self-investment projects and properties sold under project management. Investors are cautioned that these preliminary figures are subject to change upon final audit.
