Greentown China Holdings Limited has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.43 per share for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2023. Shareholders will receive the dividend in HKD at a rate of 0.472 per share, following the exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.0981. The dividend is set to be paid on 31 July 2024 after shareholder approval on 14 June 2024.
