GreenPower Motor Company Inc. has announced the pricing of a $2.3 million public offering, consisting of 1.5 million common shares and equal warrants, aimed at funding the production of their all-electric vehicles and general corporate purposes. The offering price per share and accompanying warrant is set at $1.55, with the warrants exercisable at $1.82 immediately and expiring in three years. The expected closing date is May 9, 2024, with Maxim Group LLC managing the offering.
