GreenPower Motor (TSE:GPV) has released an update.
GreenPower Motor Company Inc. has priced its public offering at approximately $2.3 million, which includes 1.5 million common shares and equal warrants, each pair priced at $1.55. The company aims to use the proceeds to manufacture electric vehicles such as school buses and commercial vehicles, with the offering expected to close around May 9, 2024. Maxim Group LLC will serve as the offering’s sole book-running manager, with the funds also earmarked for product development and general corporate purposes.
