GreenPower Motor (TSE:GPV) has released an update.
GreenPower Motor Company Inc. has completed a $2.3 million public offering, selling 1.5 million common shares and an equal number of warrants to boost the production of their zero-emission electric vehicles, including school buses and commercial vehicles. The offering, managed by Maxim Group LLC, will also fund product development and other corporate expenses. The proceeds exclude underwriting discounts and offering expenses, and the offering was conducted under a previously filed SEC registration statement.
