Greenlane Renewables Inc. successfully concluded its 2024 Annual General Meeting with shareholders approving all proposed resolutions, including the election of six directors with overwhelming majorities and the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the company’s auditor. Additionally, the company’s Amended Incentive Plan received a notably lower but sufficient majority for approval.
