Greenland Hong Kong Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Choi Heng Chio Jeremy and Ms. Tam Man Wai as the company’s authorized representatives in Hong Kong, effective from 1 September 2024. They will be replaced by Ms. Chow Fung Yi, who will henceforth handle the service of process and notices for the company under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance. This board decision was formalized on 30 August 2024, as the company prepares for this transition.
