GreenFirst Gains Court Approval for Share Distribution

GreenFirst Forest Products (TSE:GFP) has released an update.

GreenFirst Forest Products Inc. has received approval from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice for a plan of arrangement, paving the way for the distribution of Kap Corporation shares to its shareholders. This strategic corporate movement, known as the ‘Spin-out’, is set for completion in the first week of November, with further updates to be provided by the company.
