GreenFirst Forest Products Inc. has delayed the effective date of its Share Capital Amendments to October 11, 2024, and is also moving forward with a 10-to-1 consolidation of its common shares. This consolidation means that shareholders with fewer than 1,000 shares will receive cash, while those with more will see their shares consolidated at a 10:1 ratio.
