Greencore (GB:GNC) has released an update.
Greencore Group PLC has continued its GBP 40 million share buyback program by purchasing 124,000 of its own ordinary shares for cancellation on September 27, 2024. The shares were bought through Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited with a volume weighted average price of £1.8305, marking a significant step towards the completion of their ongoing share repurchase initiative. To date, Greencore has bought back 19,600,159 shares under this program.
