Greencore (GB:GNC) has released an update.
Greencore Group PLC has continued its share buyback initiative, announcing the purchase of 210,000 ordinary shares for cancellation on June 24, 2024, at an average price of £1.6935 per share. This latest transaction is part of a larger £30 million share buyback program that started on May 21, 2024, with Greencore having acquired a total of 4,238,145 shares to date. The buyback is being facilitated by Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited and aims to reduce the company’s share capital.
