Greencore Advances Share Buyback, Cancels 7,000 Shares

Greencore (GB:GNC) has released an update.

Greencore Group PLC has continued its share buyback initiative by cancelling 7,000 shares at a uniform price of £1.8860 each, as part of its ongoing £40 million program. Since the commencement of the program in May 2024, they have now cumulatively purchased and cancelled 20,298,353 shares. The buyback is aimed at returning value to shareholders and reflects the company’s financial strategy.
