Greencore Group PLC has purchased and cancelled 165,000 ordinary shares at an average price of £2.0679 as part of its £40 million share buyback program on the London Stock Exchange. This move is part of the company’s ongoing strategy to enhance shareholder value, with a total of over 20 million shares already bought back since the program began in May 2024.
