Greencoat UK Wind (GB:UKW) has released an update.
Greencoat UK Wind PLC has actively engaged in its share buyback programme, purchasing 222,316 ordinary shares on 22 July 2024 at prices ranging from 141.10 to 142.30 pence per share. These shares will be added to the company’s treasury, with the total number of ordinary shares in issue now standing at 2,276,134,405, excluding treasury shares. The company’s buyback initiative is part of a strategy announced previously on 26 October 2023.
