Greencoat UK Wind PLC has actively engaged in its share buyback program, repurchasing 100,000 Ordinary Shares at prices ranging between 140.50p to 142.50p, with the weighted average price at 141.65p per share. These shares will be held in treasury, and following this transaction, the company’s treasury holds 34,593,984 shares. Shareholders can use the total number of shares excluding treasury shares, which is 2,272,854,672, for disclosure and transparency calculations as per FCA rules.
