Greencoat Renewables PLC has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 200,000 of its Ordinary Shares on 28 August 2024, as part of its share buyback program initiated earlier in May. The buyback occurred on Euronext Dublin, with shares bought at prices ranging from €0.9650 to €0.9570, resulting in a volume weighted average price of €0.9601. After the transaction, the company’s total number of Ordinary Shares in issue stands at 1,118,856,495.
