Greencoat Renewables PLC has executed a share buyback, purchasing 348,606 of its own Ordinary Shares on 31 July 2024, with prices ranging from €0.9230 to €0.9320 per share. These shares will subsequently be cancelled as part of the company’s share repurchase program. The buyback reduces the number of Ordinary Shares in issue, underscoring the company’s commitment to shareholder value.
