Greencoat Renewables Plc (DE:GRP) has released an update.
Greencoat Renewables Plc has announced a share buyback on 23 September 2024, purchasing 200,000 Ordinary Shares on Euronext Dublin which will be cancelled, as part of its share buyback programme initiated in May 2024. Following the transaction, the company will have 1,114,683,585 Ordinary Shares in issue. The buyback involved a volume weighted average price of €0.9369 per share.
