Greenbrook TMS Shifts to OTC Markets Amidst Delisting

Greenbrook Tms (GBNH) has released an update.

Greenbrook TMS Inc. is set to be delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market due to its inability to meet the minimum bid price and stockholders’ equity requirements. Trading of its common shares will cease on February 26, 2024, and instead, the company plans to transition to OTC Markets. This move follows a strategic decision not to appeal Nasdaq’s delisting notice, aligning with what the company believes to be the best interest for its future. The shift to OTC is part of Greenbrook’s forward-looking strategy amidst financial challenges and efforts to restructure its business operations.
