The city’s efforts have resulted in a 770-acre feet yearly surplus, not accounting for additional rights to state water, underscoring the success of sustainable practices. Furthermore, the company’s own sustainable housing project is set to consume 59% less water per person than the regional average, aligning with its commitment to sustainability.
