Green Shift Commodities (TSE:GCOM) has released an update.
Green Shift Commodities Ltd. has successfully completed the first tranche of a non-brokered private placement, raising C$1.167 million through the issue of over 23 million units. Additionally, the company has struck a deal to sell its Berlin Project royalty for C$3 million in shares of the acquiring company, while retaining influence through a board appointment and equity financing rights. The transactions are subject to regulatory approval and aim to strengthen Green Shift’s working capital and property interests.
