Green Minerals AS has completed the issuance of the final tranche of shares to Oil States Industries at NOK 15 per share, resulting in OSI owning approximately 4% of the company. The share capital increase is now registered, bringing the total share capital to NOK 43,879.20 across 14,626,400 shares. Green Minerals AS is focused on sustainable deep sea mining to support the green energy transition.
