Green Leader Holdings Group Limited has announced a special general meeting to be conducted electronically on June 21, 2024, to discuss and potentially approve amendments to agreements with noteholders. The amendments involve extending the maturity dates of convertible notes held by China OEPC Limited and individual note holder Hao Ting, along with authorizing the issuance of conversion shares upon the exercise of conversion rights.
