Green Leader Holdings Group Limited has announced that China OEPC has secured new charges with CITIC Trust Co., Ltd. as security for existing debts, while still negotiating terms related to amendments of their convertible notes’ maturity extensions. The company, which previously issued convertible bonds due in July 2020, is working to obtain necessary consents and approvals for the amendment deeds and will keep the stakeholders updated with further announcements. Other details provided in the earlier circular remain unchanged.
