Green Critical Minerals Plans Major Securities Issue

Chase Mining Corporation Limited (AU:GCM) has released an update.

Green Critical Minerals Limited has announced a new securities issue comprising of up to 163,750,000 unlisted options at an exercise price of $0.01, expiring in July 2027, as well as 37,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares. The proposed issue date is set for August 28, 2024, as disclosed to the ASX under the terms of Appendix 3B of the ASX Listing Rules.
