Green Brick Partners (GRBK) has released an update.
Green Brick Partners, Inc. has divested its non-controlling stake in GB Challenger, LLC to the majority stakeholder. GB Challenger, which runs Challenger Homes in Colorado, was sold for roughly $64 million. Green Brick Partners plans to reinvest the proceeds into expanding its fully-owned or majority-owned building operations, with a special focus on growing its Trophy Signature Homes brand.
