Greatview Aseptic Packaging Company Limited has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting, set to take place in Beijing on June 28, 2024, where shareholders will review the past year’s financial statements, re-elect directors, and consider dividends. Shareholders are to decide on a final dividend of HK$0.06 and a special dividend of HK$0.04 per share for the year ended December 31, 2023, and vote on reappointing PricewaterhouseCoopers as the company auditor. Additionally, a mandate for the board to issue up to 10% more shares, including conditions on the discount rate and pricing benchmarks, will also be on the agenda.
