Greatview Aseptic Packaging Company Limited has announced the receipt of a requisition by a major shareholder to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for the appointment of two new directors. Holding approximately 26.80% of the company’s shares, Jingfeng Holding Limited has demanded the addition of Mr. Choi Sum Shing Samson and Ms. Kou Chung Yin Mariana to the company’s board. The company is currently consulting on the matter and will update shareholders in accordance with regulatory requirements.
