Greater Bay Area Dynamic Growth Holding Limited (HK:1189) has released an update.

Greater Bay Area Dynamic Growth Holding Limited has announced a reshuffle in its board with the resignation of Mr. Shu Zhongwen as an executive Director and Mr. Chen Zeng Guang as an independent non-executive Director. Additionally, Mr. Chan Tak Hung has been appointed as a non-executive Director, bringing over 20 years of managerial experience to the company. Mr. Chau Cham Hin Eric will also join as an independent non-executive Director and will chair the Remuneration Committee while serving on other committees, effective from 4 June 2024.
