Great Wall Motor Company Limited has announced a Board meeting scheduled for August 30, 2024, to discuss and approve its unaudited interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2024, and to consider the declaration of an interim dividend. The meeting will take place at the company’s headquarters in Baoding, Hebei Province, China. The announcement was made by the joint company secretary, Li Hong Shuan, on August 14, 2024.
