Great Quest Fertilizer has successfully closed the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $1.45 million, and due to high investor interest, has upsized the offering from $2 million to $3 million. The company’s newly issued units include a common share and half a warrant, with full warrants allowing the purchase of additional shares at a set price. Proceeds from the placement are earmarked for exploration of Namibian properties and general working capital.
