Great Northern Minerals Discovers New Lithium Prospect

Great Northern Minerals Limited (AU:GNM) has released an update.

Great Northern Minerals Limited has uncovered a promising new target area at its Haapaniemi prospect in Finland, featuring a swarm of highly fractionated pegmatite dykes spanning 600m² that could harbor spodumene zones at depth, indicated by significant geochemical signatures such as high rubidium levels and low K/Rb ratios. The company is now considering further geochemical and geophysical methods to advance the prospect towards drill readiness, buoyed by the proximity to United Lithium’s Kietyonmaki deposit and similarities to the geologically fertile Kaustinen Lithium Province.
